It is a water based moisturiser.
When it comes to natural, we do not claim Oil Away moisturiser to be 100% natural but at 95% natural score, we can definitely say that there are hardly any moisturisers in the market which are more natural than this.

Hi ,is it free from parabens, alcohol? It would have been better if the ingredients list were given, as well as the expiry date
Yes, full ingredient list may soon be visible on the page. However, the product is definitely paraben and alcohol free. Infact all the products in Brillare are free from paraben, formaldehyde, synthetic colour, petroleum base chemicals & any form of animal cruelty.
